ThyssenKrupp and Liftkom
New joint venture in Bulgaria between ThyssenKrupp and Liftkom. On February 7, 2012, ThyssenKrupp and Liftkom signed an agreement to establish a joint venture between the two companies, with the aim of future development of their joint actions in Bulgaria. The decision is based on the potential of the Bulgarian market. By combining the capabilities of the two companies, ThyssenKrupp and Liftkom are convinced that they will achieve significant growth in this market. In the new joint venture, Liftkom holds the majority stake and will be responsible for the management of the company, and at the same time will be the exclusive distributor of ThyssenKrupp Elevator in Bulgaria.
